Client: Lious Armstrong House Museum
The Bridge is a web-based interactive map and digital archive exploring the impact of Queens on the evolution of Jazz and Hip-Hop. By focusing on personal stories and local geography, the project transports visitors into the interconnected lives of the borough’s residents and musicians.
This website blends motion design, illustration, and collaged artifacts to bring the Queens music scene to life. Visitors click through neighborhoods and artists to unlock audio clips, stories, and visuals that show how Jazz and Hip-Hop evolved together. The design uses interactive mapping and layered visuals to make the archive feel like an immersive journey.
